Curious Translucent Papers are premium quality translucent papers for tracing, technical design and creative design applications. They represent a classic translucent sheet available in a wide selection of weights ranging from 62 g/m2 to 180 g/m2. Smoother, less brittle and less prone to cracking compared to budget tracing papers. Not only does the range represent a premium quality solution for tracing and technical design purposes, it is also used for creative marketing and design applications.
For creative design purposes, the Curious Translucent range is perfect for use as overlays and dividers for annual reports, brochures and catalogues; as well as also being ideal for use as invitations, cards and unusual business cards.
The crisp, evenly formed papers are a pleasure to handle and easy on press, performing well with both standard and specialised print techniques. Please note this range is not guaranteed for use on Laser or Inkjet printers; however acceptable results have been obtained on some machines. Trials are recommended. 112g/m2 is the most suitable for Laser printing. For pre-printing prior to laser printing, high temperature resistant Fully Oxidising inks are recommended.
