- Orders placed before 4.30pm (or 3.00pm
for N. Ireland) will be delivered NEXT working day (Please refer to
regional exceptions below).
Paper Store
items and Supplies
Store items may
be ordered separately, or they may be ordered together on the same transaction.
If they are ordered together on the same transaction, please note that
they will be delivered separately and therefore have different criteria
for FREE DELIVERY qualification:
- Paper Store
items will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE providing that the total value
of Paper Store
items on an order exceeds £75 ex VAT. Otherwise, a delivery charge
of £22 ex vat will be applied to the Paper
Store
items.
- Supplies Store
items will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE providing that the total value
of Supplies Store
items on an order exceeds £75 ex VAT. Otherwise, a delivery charge
of £4.99 ex VAT will be applied to the Supplies
Store items.
- Orders must be in multiples of website selling
quantities.

- Minimum order value £100 ex VAT for Paper

- 48hr delivery.
- Delivery will be charged at £36 ex VAT per order.

Important Delivery Information |

- We supply sole traders, schools, colleges, small and medium sized
businesses and registered charities as well as corporate and public
sector organisations.
- We can only deliver to business addresses and as such are unable to
supply members of the general public.
- Deliveries take place Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Paper Store and Supplies
Store
items may be ordered as part of the same transaction with one invoice
generated for the total amount. Paper
Store and Supplies Store
items on the same order are delivered separately.
- Orders placed over a week-end or bank holiday will be processed on
the next working day for delivery the following working day. For example,
an order placed on Saturday will get processed on Monday (except bank
holidays) for delivery Tuesday.
- Delivery is made automatically the next working day following the
date of order, subject to this shipping policy and to our terms and
conditions. Please do not attempt to put comments into your order requesting
a specific delivery date or delivery time. We are not able to accommodate
such requests.
- We are unable to specify a fixed time for delivery. Deliveries take
place between normal office working hours (9-5pm). Therefore, customers
must ensure that the delivery address is able to receive goods
throughout the working day of the expected delivery and that someone
can be present to receive and sign for goods.
- Orders can only be delivered to a ground floor location. Where locations
have restricted or limited access, specific instructions should be made
on the order in the customer notes section.
- Some specialist products on our website have a slightly longer lead-time
than the rest of the products eg. XE and Curious Metallics and
some Supplies Store items.
