Order queries:-

Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Queries regarding existing orders are prioritised. We aim to respond to most order queries within 1-2 working hours.

Sample Requests:-

For sample requests please ensure you include the item numbers from our website for the products you would like free samples of. If you are unable to provide our item numbers then please provide a detailed description of the item to include, where possible, weight, shade and product type/finish. Please include your FULL postal address in the message box with any sample request. Samples will be sent out in A4 size in First Class Post and will be limited to a maximum number of different paper types (usually 3-4) per request to maintain a viable service. Due to the team now working remotely, sample requests are currently taking between 5 and 7 working days to process.

Product (or any related queries):-

Please use this form for any non-urgent queries such as product/pricing/delivery questions etc. We aim to respond to these types of queries on a same day basis and usually within 4 working hours, although the impact of remote working means some responses to these types of queries may take longer. Please note we DO NOT deliver outside the UK.
