Claro Silk has a natural smooth surface and exceptional gloss levels. It combines excellent printability with high levels of bulk and stiffness. This ensures fast and consistent runnability and excellent folding and converting characteristics.

Claro Silk also balances high levels of whiteness with good opacity. It offers the best bulk level on the coated paper market, bringing a unique tactile feel to your final document.

Ideal for colour brochures, financial reports, catalogues, magazines, manuals, flyers, calendars and general colour printing.

Suitable for offset litho, silk screen, letterpress and dry toner printing. Also suitable for use on high production colour laser printers, including Xerox Docucolor, although preliminary tests are recommended before printing any job on Digital machines to establish suitability and optimum settings on the target printers / copiers. Claro Silk is HP Indigo certified. See disclaimer below.

Ideal for a variety of finishing techniques including varnishing (including dispersion, UV, spot, relief, scented and aqueous) foil blocking, embossing and lamination. Also suitable for die cutting, creasing and folding. Pre-crease before folding is recommended above 135mic.
