Durable and lightweight, Correx ® is fully printable and is specifically formulated to provide a smooth matt surface receptive to print processes. A Corona surface treatment enhances flexographic and screen printing which use conventional water based and UV inks (Note: The corona treatment has a limited life, usually up to one year and it is also recommended that any inks are tested on the material prior to commencing a full run). Correx's ® printability and UV stability makes it ideal for point of sale material and outdoor signage such as estate agent boards, directional and security signs.
Correx ® is waterproof, moisture resistant, flame retardant and impact absorbing making it a cost effective medium for packaging applications such as boxes, sleeves, cartons and trays, internal fittings and dividers. It is also ideal for portfolios, presentation packs and surface protection.
Correx ® may be sawn, die cut, laser cut, water-jet cut, creased, welded, drilled, stapled and laminated, broadening the application possibilities for this versatile and 100% recyclable material. |
