Self-adhesive labels for use in deep freeze environments. The face material is a white, high-bulk 75gsm paper that has excellent whiteness, opacity and smoothness.

The adhesive is an aqueous acrylic emulsion specially developed to work in a temperature range of minus 35C to plus 60C (minimum application temperature is 0C). It is designed for adhesion to goods to be deep frozen. (Labelling of already frozen goods should be handled with care and the surface should be free of ice and moisture).

The strength of the adhesive increases as the temperature decreases therefore it is possible to see a semi-permanent bond at room temperature. Very good heat resistance which enables trouble free performance in different hot fusing (e.g. laser or copier) print processes. Good adhesion to cardboard and low energy (e.g. plastic bags) surfaces. Approved for direct food contact with dry and moist non-fatty foods. The adhesive conforms to the EN71-3 (Toy Safety) & Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations. No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical contents are less than 1 ppm.

The Digital Office A4 range is based on familiar label formats found in most word processing but in a choice of materials only usually found on the production floor. Whether printing 10 sheets on your desktop or running 100,000 sheets through your commercial dry toner, the Digital Office range is equally at home on either and can also be litho printed. The Digital Office range provides printers and designers with a truly flexible labelling solution.

The Digital Office range is primarily designed for simple text based graphics or artwork that does not require to bleed off the edge of the label. Alternatively, for professional full colour label printing requiring bleed off the page, please see our premium PCL label range.

All Digital Office materials are also constructed to withstand multiple printing processes e.g. pre-print fixed information by offset litho and overprint variable data by digital (laser or copier) methods. Alternatively, produce finished high-quality labels straight from your desktop. Easy to set up in Word, graphics-based programmes or bespoke labelling software.

Digital Office Deep Freeze labels are compatible with dry toner laser printers and copiers, including both desktop and production laser printers. Also compatible with offset litho and inkjet printers.

The backing is white high density kraft paper with excellent lay flat properties.
