The Digital Office A4 range is based on familiar label formats found in most word processing but in a choice of materials only usually found on the production floor. Whether printing 10 sheets on your desktop or running 100,000 sheets through your commercial dry toner, the Digital Office range is equally at home on either and can also be litho printed.
White, high bulk, woodfree, filled, uncoated 70gsm label.
Excellent whiteness, opacity and smoothness for its paper type. pH Neutral acid free paper and adhesive. Permanent aqueous acrylic emulsion adhesive.
Chill grade - ideal for chilled food labelling.
Very good heat resistance which enables trouble free performance in different hot fusing print processes. Good adhesion to cardboard and low energy (e.g. plastic bags) surfaces. Good all round permanent adhesive. Approved for direct food contact with dry and moist non-fatty foods. The adhesive conforms to the EN71-3 (Toy Safety) and Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations. No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical contents are less than 1 ppm.
The Digital Office range is primarily designed for simple text-based graphics or artwork that does not require to be bled off the edge of the label. (Alternatively, for professional full colour label printing requiring bleed off the page, please see our premium PCL label range.) The label layout (reference suffix SE) is centred on the sheet and has radius corners, with a selvedge around the edge of the sheet and often between the labels (dependent on label size).
All materials are also constructed to withstand multiple printing processes e.g. pre-print fixed information by offset litho and overprint variable data by digital methods e.g. laser.
