Kapa has been the brand leading premium lightweight polyurethane core foamboard for more than 40 years. The Kapa boards are a perfectly tailored range with different covering layers, designed to suit the whole scope of indoor sign and display applications. These applications can range from a printing and advertising substrate for displays, POS and exhibition stand design, to model making material.

Kapa is renowned for delivering high performance foam boards with usable surfaces on both sides, high quality cover sheet layers, excellent levels of stiffness, good dimensional stability and perfect flatness, even with thin boards. The polyurethane foam cores are exceptionally high quality with a very high heat resistance (100C long term, and 160C short term), problem free application of solvent based inks and glues, easy cutting (manual or with jigsaw) and no crumbling of the foam core.

Kapa Line is a premium lightweight foamboard with high quality chromo substitute liners. Kapa Mount is a lightweight foam board with aluminium reinforced liners and chromo board cover layers. Kapa Plast combines bright white plastic coated cover layers with a polyurethane foam core. Kapa Fix is a lightweight and easy-to-laminate single sided self-adhesive foam board with aluminium reinforced liners on both sides. Kapa Color features a coloured cell carton surface with a primer finish on top.

FOAM-X PRINT is a bright white, lightweight foam board with a polyurethane foam core and coated multi-layered paper liners. It offers a cost-effective quality foam board alternative to KAPA.
