PCL Matt Translucent labels utilise a stabilised translucent matt finish polyester base film which is waterproof and tear resistant for durable long life labelling. They give excellent results on laser and copier, including high speed machines (Set paper type as extra heavy weight 180 - 200gsm).

The adhesive is permanent acrylic emulsion. It is a waterproof adhesive specifically designed for safe use in hot fusing printers.

Suitable for use on litho, laser and copier (including high speed laser and copier machines). Not suitable for inkjet printing.

Combined with an extra wide patented 13mm grip and lay edge for trouble free feeding, and the highest quality materials available, you can be sure of fantastic print reproduction and total confidence to use even in the highest speed presses. The PCL range provides printers and designers with a truly flexible labelling solution.

All PCL materials are also constructed to withstand multiple printing processes e.g. pre-print fixed information by offset litho and overprint variable data by digital (laser or copier) methods. The unique, patented layout provides an exceptionally stable sheet making multiple process printing easy. Alternatively, produce finished high-quality labels straight from your desktop. Easy to set up in Word, graphics-based programmes or bespoke labelling software.

The product is designed for long-term permanence and does not biodegrade. The adhesive in combination with the polyester film makes the product particularly suitable for labelling applications requiring a waterproof, long life solution.

The product complies with BSEN 71 3 1995 Incorporating Amendment No 1 (European Standard on safety of toys). No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical contents are less than 1 ppm.

PCL Matt Translucent labels are compatible with dry toner laser printers and copiers, including both desktop and production laser printers. Also compatible with offset litho.

Backing is a stabilised coated polyester to give maximum stability to the laminate.

Minimum application temperature: +5C.
