PCL removable labels are a unique range of A4 labels combining exceptional stability and quality coupled with a simple, patented format. They are the only truly universal A4 label range for litho, laser or copier printing (or all 3!) as well as being inkjet compatible.

PCL removable labels use a general purpose removable acrylic aqueous adhesive designed for safe use in hot fusing laser and copier printing.

Removable adhesive can be used as a deep freeze grade providing the labels are applied at room temperature to dry goods. Please be aware that under some conditions removable adhesives can turn permanent. Always test if unsure.

White, high bulk, woodfree, filled, uncoated 70gsm label.

Approved for indirect food contact. The adhesive conforms to the EN71-3 (Toy Safety) and Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations. No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical contents are less than 1 ppm.

PCL labels are designed with the Commercial Printer, Professional Designer and Product Marketeer in mind. The unique layout of PCL A4 label sheets allows full bleed printing of every single label on the sheet. Combined with an extra wide patented 13mm grip and lay edge for trouble free feeding of even the smallest label sizes, and the highest quality laser grade materials available, you can be sure of fantastic print reproduction and total confidence to use even in the highest speed presses. The PCL range provides printers and designers with a truly flexible labelling solution.

All PCL materials are also constructed to withstand multiple printing processes e.g. pre-print fixed information by offset litho and overprint variable data by digital (laser or copier) methods. The unique, patented layout provides an exceptionally stable sheet making multiple process printing easy. Alternatively, produce finished high-quality labels straight from your desktop. Easy to set up in Word, graphics-based programmes or bespoke labelling software.

PCL removable labels are compatible with dry toner laser printers and copiers, including both desktop and production laser printers. Also compatible with offset litho and inkjet printers.

Backing is a white high density kraft paper with excellent lay flat properties.

Minimum application temperature: -20C.
