A general-purpose removable adhesive designed for safe use in hot fusing laser and copier printing. Temperature range -5°C to +66°C. Minimum application temperature: 15°C.
Removable labels can be used as a deep freeze grade providing the labels are applied to dry goods at room temperature. Please be aware that removable adhesives can permanently bond to some substrates under certain conditions. Approved for direct contact on dry and moist non-fatty foods.
PCL3 Digital labels are specifically designed for maximum stability and simplicity of use on SRA3 Digital presses such as HP Indigo, Kodak NexPress, Xerox iGen, Docucolor, Canon, OCE, Konica Minolta and other sheet fed SRA3 digital presses. They can also be used for conventional litho or desktop laser printing.
The PCL3 Patented Digital format is based on the highly versatile and successful PCL™ (A4) format. Designed for incredible printing stability, every PCL3 SRA3 label layout has 13mm grip and lay edges with A4 crop marks embedded within the sheet. The 2 PCL A4 formats within the PCL3 sheet (two A4 panels of labels are positioned on an SRA3 sheet) also retain the familiar 2mm gutters between the labels for full bleed printing and 13mm grip and lay edges of their own.
The PCL3 format is specifically designed for maximum stability and simplicity of use. PCL3 label format allows a full image bleed by all print methods. The PCL3 label format has a unique design feature whereby PCL manufacture in a dry edge to both long edges. This ensures smooth feeding through all types of presses and zero adhesive contamination on the edges of the sheet that may otherwise migrate to your press.
Backing is white high density kraft paper with excellent lay flat properties.
