Stabilised white matt finish polyester film face material with permanent acrylic emulsion adhesive. Waterproof and tear resistant for durable long life labelling. A polyester release liner ensures excellent dimensional stability which is particularly relevant during print processes requiring high temperatures.

PCL3 Digital flat sheet and die cut labels are specifically designed for maximum stability and simplicity of use on SRA3 Digital presses such as HP Indigo, Kodak NexPress, Xerox iGen, Docucolor, Ricoh, Canon, OCE, Konica Minolta and other sheet fed SRA3 digital presses. The PCL3 Digital range is approved for use on all of these presses.

PCL3 Digital labels are the first, and still the only, die cut label range in the world to be approved by HP for the Indigo sheet fed presses (Commercial and Industrial). It is also uniquely, approved for both Indigo and dry toner digital presses and is litho printable. A design feature of the sheet, PCL manufacture in a ‘dry edge' to both long edges. This ensures smooth feeding through all types of presses and zero adhesive contamination on the edges of the sheet that may otherwise migrate to your press.

The adhesive in combination with the polyester film makes this product particularly suitable for labelling applications requiring a waterproof, long life solution. The product complies with BSEN 71-3:1995 Incorporating Amendment No 1 (European Standard on safety of toys) No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical content are less than 1 ppm.
