This PCL3 non-HP Indigo grade white uncoated permanent label features a white, high bulk, woodfree, filled, uncoated 70gsm face material offering excellent whiteness, opacity and smoothness for its paper type. (ET in the title of this label refers to Edge Trimmed for ease of peel).

pH Neutral acid free paper and adhesive.

Permanent grade aqueous acrylic emulsion adhesive.

Chill grade - ideal for chilled food labelling. Temperature range -20C to +100C. Minimum application temperature: 5C.

Very good heat resistance which enables trouble free performance in different hot fusing print processes. Good adhesion to cardboard and low energy (e.g. plastic bags) surfaces. Good all-round permanent adhesive. Approved for direct contact on dry and moist non-fatty foods. The adhesive conforms to the EN71-3 (Toy Safety) and Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations. No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical contents are less than 1 ppm.

PCL3 flat sheet labels are specifically designed for maximum stability and simplicity of use on SRA3 dry toner digital presses. They can also be used for litho, inkjet and desktop laser printing.

The PCL3 label format has a unique design feature whereby PCL manufacture in a dry edge to both long edges. This ensures smooth feeding through all types of presses and zero adhesive contamination on the edges of the sheet that may otherwise migrate to your press.

Backing is white high density kraft paper with excellent lay flat properties.

Total thickness 170 mic. Total weight 160gsm.
