The PCL3 Antique White Laid label features a 90gsm narrow ribbed laid paper with subtle antique white colour.

High quality label paper that is ideal for bottle, jar and can labelling due to its high wet strength, alkali and mould resistance.

Permanent aqueous acrylic emulsion chill grade adhesive designed for permanent wine bottle labelling including bottles immersed in ice buckets or chillers. Also ideal for chilled food labelling. Temperature range -20C to +80C. Minimum application temperature: 5C. Due to material stiffness use with care on small diameter applications.

Very good heat resistance which enables trouble free performance in different hot fusing print processes. Good adhesion to cardboard and low energy (e.g. plastic bags) surfaces. Good all round permanent adhesive. The adhesive conforms to the EN71-3 (Toy Safety) and Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations. No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical contents are less than 1 ppm. Approved for direct contact on dry and moist non-fatty foods.

PCL3 Digital flat sheet labels are specifically designed for maximum stability and simplicity of use on SRA3 Digital presses such as HP Indigo, Kodak NexPress, Xerox iGen, Docucolor, Canon, OCE, Konica Minolta and other sheet fed SRA3 digital presses. They can also be used for conventional litho or desktop laser printing.

The PCL3 Patented Digital format is based on the highly versatile and successful PCL™ (A4) format. Designed for incredible printing stability, every PCL3 SRA3 label layout has 13mm grip and lay edges with A4 crop marks embedded within the sheet. The 2 PCL A4 formats within the PCL3 sheet (two A4 panels of labels are positioned on an SRA3 sheet) also retain the familiar 2mm gutters between the labels for full bleed printing and 13mm grip and lay edges of their own.

The PCL3 label format is engineered for maximum stability whilst at the same time allowing a full image bleed by all print methods. The PCL3 label format has a unique design feature whereby PCL manufacture in a dry edge to both long edges. This ensures smooth feeding through all types of presses and zero adhesive contamination on the edges of the sheet that may otherwise migrate to your press.

Backing is white high density kraft paper with excellent lay flat properties.
