A polyester based laser film, that delivers strength and durability without the need to laminate, Xerox Floor GraphiX is a unique dry toner floor graphic that has been tested and certified for slip resistance. It is ideal for indoor environments and can be applied to all smooth and hard floors, including low pile carpet tiles. Unlike some other floor graphics, Xerox Floor GraphiX doesn't exhibit shrinkage and there's no risk of the edge peeling or gumming up. It's also easy to apply and remove - all in one piece and with no residue.

Suitable for use on polished concrete, sealed tiles, resin flooring, laminate flooring and short-pile carpet. It should also be suitable for short-term use on parquet flooring (up to 6 months) and painted concrete (up to 3 months) however for both these surfaces we recommend customer testing discrete area first in order to establish if the adhesive will bond with the particular varnish (parquet flooring) or paint system (painted concrete) used. In all cases, Xerox Floor GraphiX should be applied to a clean surface for the best bond and to ensure clean peelability.
**Not suitable for outdoor environments.**
The product construction is an embossed 153 mic polyester face film with an adhesive backing. Total weight is 345gsm and whilst the product should ideally be used on production / digital presses to achieve good print quality and performance, it has also been used successfully on some desktop laser printers. (For desktop laser printers we would recommend testing prior to purchase to establish suitability on the target printer).
Compatibility and printer settings - for use on dry toner laser printers and digital presses such as Xerox, Canon, OKI, Ricoh, HP and Konica Minolta which have the capability to print 350gsm media. Printer speed ratings typically 50ppm + (although as per comments in paragraph above, it has also been used successfully on some desktop laser printers). Run on heavyweight paper settings. For printers which have them, use bypass trays or high capacity trays for straightest path through printer. Output to top trays.
Not suitable for Oil based fusing systems such as Xerox iGen or Kodak Nexpress due to possible effects of fuser oil on frictional properties. |
