The PCL3 Machine Coated Matt label features a 90gsm, white, woodfree machine coated satin matt face material offering excellent whiteness, opacity and smoothness.

Permanent grade aqueous acrylic emulsion adhesive.

Chill grade - ideal for sandwich/chilled food labelling. Temperature range -10Â°C to +65Â°C. Minimum application temperature: 0Â°C.

Designed for laminates in a wide range of applications. Very good heat resistance which enables trouble free performance in different hot fusing print processes. Good adhesion to cardboard and low energy (e.g. plastic bags) surfaces. Good all-round permanent adhesive. Approved for direct contact on dry and moist non-fatty foods.

PCL3 Digital® labels are specifically designed for maximum stability and simplicity of use on SRA3 Digital presses such as HP Indigo, Kodak NexPress, Xerox iGen, Docucolor, Canon, OCE, Konica Minolta and other sheet fed SRA3 digital presses. They can also be used for conventional litho or desktop laser printing.

The PCL3 Digital® format is based on the highly versatile and successful PCL™ (A4) format. Two A4 panels of labels are positioned on an SRA3 sheet with extra grip edges all round and a central gutter between. To help with positioning for guillotining for final presentation, crop marks are cut into the label surface to mark the position of the A4 sheet edges. The PCL3 label format has a unique design feature whereby PCL manufacture in a dry edge to both long edges. This ensures smooth feeding through all types of presses and zero adhesive contamination on the edges of the sheet that may otherwise migrate to your press.

Backing is white high density kraft paper with excellent lay flat properties.

Total thickness 172 mic. Total weight 192gsm.
