Shipping Policy
We are a business to business supplier and as such supply sole traders, schools, colleges, small and medium sized businesses and registered charities as well as corporate and public sector organisations.
As more business customers are now working from home, we offer options for delivery to home addresses via selected Courier Companies. Please note however, there are some restrictions to this – for latest information see detailed shipping polices by Store (see below).

Please note additional charges may apply for deliveries to certain areas.
For ease of use, products on our website are split between different "stores". Items from all stores may be ordered as part of the same transaction with one invoice generated for the total amount. However, each store will have a separate delivery.

Free delivery on orders £100 ex vat or over (delivered via HGV vehicles for orders over 125kg or containing SRA/Folio/Wide Format sizes, board and packaging items). Adequate access for HGV's required at delivery address.
For business customers working from home and smaller orders:

Minimum order value £60 ex VAT*
*Except orders containing SRA/Folio/Wide Format sizes, board and packaging items which are subject to a £100 min order value

Delivery charge £7.95 ex vat for orders less than £100 ex vat - usually delivered via Fedex vehicles. This option is only for ex-stock A4 and A3 size paper/card and envelope orders with total order weight up to 125kg.

Fedex Deliveries:

For the safety and wellbeing of drivers and customers, no signature is required by Fedex couriers. Drivers currently only seek a verbal confirmation of delivery.
HGV Deliveries:
All HGV drivers follow strict guidelines which include hand washing/sanitising and keeping their vehicles clean. During a delivery, drivers;

will maintain a minimum 2 metre distance between themselves and others

will agree a ‘kerbside’ delivery with you to ensure this safe distance is maintained

will follow any specific coronavirus instructions or procedures you may have unless it conflicts with our own, or that laid out by the Government

are authorised to write "coronavirus" in your signature area on POD’s informing you at the time that they are doing so

are legally able to access your facilities to use the toilet and wash their hands, having the jurisdiction to refuse delivery if this access is refused
Where locations have restricted or have limited access, a note should be included in the customer notes section on the "Review and Submit Order" page during the checkout process. However please note that drivers will not complete deliveries if a 2 metre safe distance is not achievable – your wellbeing and that of our drivers is paramount.

Order cut off time now 4pm to accommodate reduced staffing levels. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed next working day.

Next working day delivery on eligible products. Please note that due to unprecedented industry-wide supply chain pressures some items shown as Next Working Day delivery on the website may take a day or two longer than the published lead times to be delivered. Some other items, including non-stock specials, have extended lead times as standard and these are indicated against individual product listings

Delivery Schedules
- Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
- 8am-5pm
Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to check and sign for goods. Any discrepancies should be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders placed over a week-end or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day for delivery the following working day (for eligible orders) eg. an order placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday (except bank holidays) for delivery Tuesday.
Any orders placed after 4pm will be processed next working day.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate requests for a specific delivery date or fixed delivery time.
Delivery Restrictions
Orders can only be delivered to ground floor locations. Where locations have restricted or limited access, specific instructions should be made on the order in the customer notes section.
Whilst our delivery partners will attempt to deliver to most parts of mainland UK and N Ireland, there may be occasion when they are unable to complete a delivery to certain locations (e.g. if there are access issues, or if the delivery address is remote or far from a regular route). In such instances we will advise you via email or telephone.
Delivery lead times
Lead times shown on the website are for guidance only and assume that products are in stock at the warehouse at time of ordering. Delivery lead times exclude any regional exceptions.
Products shown on the website as Next Working Day delivery are normally in stock at the warehouse. Products which go temporarily out of stock will be flagged on the website to prevent backordering. However, there may be occasions where products go out of stock before the website can be updated. In such circumstances, if you place an order for out of stock products, we will contact you to let you know and where practicable, offer alternatives.
Some specialist items on our website have longer lead-times than others as standard eg. XE, Curious Metallics and Non-Stock Specials. Where applicable, these products are clearly marked with expected lead times.
